Mr. LeJeune founded Wetwater Environmental Services (WWES) in May 2008 as a small hydrological and ecological contracting and consulting business based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The goal of WWES is to combine hydrology with long-term ecological monitoring to better understand the dynamics and workings of various biological systems.  Interpretation and data analysis from such studies can typically assist in determining suitable future land and water uses by various governmental and/or private entities.  WWES also develops and assists in long-term ecological monitoring programs in which school – aged students and community members participate in monitoring certain ecological parameters at a chosen location or preserve.  WWES is registered with the Federal Central Contractor Registration (CCR), State of New Mexico, City of Albuquerque, and Bernalillo County vendor lists.  WWES is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and also certified as a HubZone business with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and retains a New Mexico Resident Bidder Certificate.

WWES is committed to strict quality-control standards and protocols, initiative, punctuality to contractual deadlines, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.  WWES maintains contact with several contractors with varying scientific specialties that can be called upon for their services if needed in the fields of:  archeology, wildlife biology, forestry and wildfire behavior, fisheries, restoration biology, and botany.
